Abstract:
The aim of this project is to evaluate, which factors are important for human-robot interaction and for users' acceptance of the systems. For example, a social behavior (social accepted navigation) and a perceived personality (extrovert vs intravert) of a mobile guide robot can be important determinants of a comfortable and intuitive human-robot interaction. The talk will introduce different user studies that evaluated these factors and introduce some more factors which will be important for future research.
